Our ceremony will start at 2:00 PM, so please arrive in enough time to be seated and comfortable. If you are comfortable with steps, then please use the entrance on Wellington Road. If you need step-free access, please use the entrance on Lacey Street. Both will be open on the day and a member of staff will be able to direct you to the council chambers.

To minimise disruption during the ceremony, please stay in your seats until the doors open. We will provide a selection of fidgets for anyone who would benefit from one.

You are more than welcome to take as many pictures as you like, but we would love to see them too! We have a QR code which will allow you to upload any pictures to a folder on our google drive. We will be sharing these pictures on this password-protected website, so if you don’t want your face online then please do let us know. Please be mindful when sharing pictures on social media as not everyone is happy to be seen online.

We have arranged a room to function as a quiet space during the reception if you need a moment to regulate. Just speak to a member of staff on reception before you go in, just in case of emergencies.
